A seamless extension to the 3DCS variation analysis software, DCS - PCA technology enables engineering to identify and animate all recognizable fault patterns at the digital design stage for pro-active design optimization.
As a seamless extension to the GDM-3D software, DCS - PCA technology enables manufacturing and quality to extract and animate true variation patterns deriverd from the inspection data. This provides a visual representation of the shop floor part/assembly variation, expediting root cause analysis and direct problem resolution.
