3DCS SOVA European Launch 19th
September 2007 at Cenit AG in Stuttgart
You are invited to attend the 3DCS SOVA European launch
of the next generation of DCS variation analysis products. This free one
day event will include:
- 3DCS FEA Compliant Modeler Overview and Demonstration - Visualizes and
simulates deformation of the variation model resulting from manufacturing
operations such as clamping, welding and spring-back, based on accurate
FEA analysis.
- 3DCS Advanced Analyzer Optimizer Overview and Demonstration - Identifies
the source of variation within an assembly managing KC's by automatically
optimizing tolerances against parameters like quality and cost.
- 3DCS Software Development Roadmap Presentation - provided by Dave
Johnson the Software Development Manager at Dimensional Control Systems.
The SOVA (Stream of Variation Analysis) products discussed at this event
were developed based on a $2 million dollar NIST-APT development program
received by Dimensional Control Systems.

SOVA Products - Pilot Program
20-21 September 2007 at Cenit AG in Stuttgart
You are invited to participate in a Pilot Program to evaluate the new 3DCS
FEA Compliant Modeler and 3DCS Advanced Analyzer and Optimizer following
the 3DCS SOVA Products European Launch on the 19th.
The Pilot Program provides the opportunity for you to be the first to
benefit from the most advanced software available in Dimensional
Engineering today. During a three month program, your Company will
experience a completely new approach to tolerance analysis, simulation and
optimization. For the first time ever, parts are allowed to deform during
the assembly process to simulate joining and fixturing methods. Also, the
equation based SOVA engine provides the capability for automatic 'rules
based' tolerance optimization, significantly improving user productivity.
The Pilot Program includes a 2 day training course for up to two people
followed by a three month software trial on your site with technical
support and assistance provided by DCS and our Partners. The training will
take place at Cenit's facility in Stuttgart immediately following the
European launch; there will be a small charge to cover the training and
support costs ensuring the success of the Pilot. These products deliver
visual tools for designers to understand the variation that occurs during
the manufacturing process, so for the first time, it will be possible for
engineers to model exactly the manufacturing process.
