GDM3D Analyst Solids, Analyst Wireframe, Specialist - Ver. 6.0.0, January 2007

 

  1. GDM now has the ability to export the data in the report as a XML file using File/Export GDM XML  

  2. From this version onwards the files saved as 2D in GDMSolids can be used to publish in GDMWEB, for GDM Soilds reports on the web.  

  3. Ability to support GDM-ADV module ( includes Visual reporting, PCA analysis and user programable advanced Style sheet based reporting).

  4. When running in engine mode, the performance is improved for very large iges files and large data sets.  

  5. Summary Chart - ability to display the page number each shown feature is on as a column right next to the feature label.  

  6. Summary Chart - Ability to switch on/off the summary chart deviation chart box.  

  7. Summary Chart - increase the number of features displayed in the summary chart to max 40.  

  8. Print driver/hardware dependencies while printing to diffrent printers/pdf writers from GDM Solids is resolved by preprocessing the file.

GDM3D Analyst Solids, Analyst Wireframe, Specialist - Ver. 5.0.7, September 2006

 

  1. GDM-3D Version 5.0.7 is now available on the Windows NT/2000/XP Pro platforms.

  2. Ability to load WTX files from 3DCS software.

  3. The page list in the bottom shows the pages in GP 1 (5 of 7) to indicate the total number of pages.

  4. Tarus macro can now display I, J, K info in the charts.

  5. New Visual Reporting capability added to show Mean & Range.

  6. GDM can now support duplicate measure names for HST/HLM data.

  7. Image mapping for Tabular and Comparator chart refined for GDMWEB.

  8. Charts in the Edit Chart page are now indexed.

  9. Ability to change 2D object color to see it better in contrasting environment.

  10. Help in searchable HTML mode: separate window provided to search while retaining the result window.

  11. If the simulation > 1000 runs, only statistics is displayed in the charts.  This is applicable for HST/HSU data load.

  12. Quicker loading of IGES files in GDM Solids.

  13. Size axis remains constant in the GDM3D wireframe version.

  14. Ability to make the position and size of the View Area global: One setting for all pages saves time for the user (Edit > View Area).

  15. Ability to use 2D line & box in Specialist version.

  16. Additional options added to the 'Edit Part' dialog to display HSF files: To show HSF color/User color setting/both HSF plus user setting.

  17. Summary chart now appears upon reopening.

  18. View on the Index page is now saved.

  19. Default charts are restored when data is brought for the first time.

  20. User interface: Options > Display doesn't default the page to 825 * 638.

  21. Captions are not created by default on the Summary page.

  22. Toolbar list updated to read correct titles.

  23. Gage R & R chart settings now displays the correct settings.

  24. User View is functioning in GDM Solids.

  25. ErgoPlace now auto scales the part on all the pages.
