  5. The New Looping Move (dcu_loopMv.dll) supports floating each move routine in loop including pattern moves with HP floats.
  6. User Dll Measure List now indicates Index # for ease of use in Equation Measure.
  7. The keyword "rem" is now available in the Equation measure for comment lines.
  8. The tertiary direction only routines are now available in the Hole to Hole DLL.
  9. Inch unit input is now supported in the new "dcsTranslateByValueInInches" routine in dcu_xformMv.dll.
  10. Two new keywords have been added for Analysis Batch Mode.
  11. New Trapezoid distribution is now supported in all GD&T and Tolerance dialog boxes.
  12. Geofactor now has column to display the assumed tolerance distribution for calculation.
  13. Previously saved GeoFactor files (*.gfa) can be loaded into GeoFactor. New in 6.3.0.
  14. Analysis Batch mode now supports WTX files.
  15. The Confidence Interval outputs now use the term CL (Confidence Limits) for clarity.
  16. From within the Move dialog box existing geometry can be used to create new parts and points. This Clone Creation function can decrease the time spent modeling fixtures, tools, or common points.
  17. The new function Copy Similar Parts from Existing Parts will cut or copy within a model or across two open models.
  18. The new function Create Identical Linked Instances will create copies of Part or Subassemblies which are "Instanced," which allows changes to Features or MTMs to be made in one part and automatically propagated to its copy.
  19. Exercises have been added to the example models under the RME directory. They demonstrate the use of Cloning, Copying, and Linking. MS Word documents are provided to aid in model creation and understanding of each of the 3 examples.
  20. Sets of DCS Points can now be translated or rotated by using the new Translate/Rotate / Points function.
  21. Fast Feature Point modification now allows user to accept new point location or reset to original.
  22. The Create Point Group function has been enhanced.
  23. DCS Point Groups are displayed and can be renamed in the Navigation window.
  24. Copy Data \ Point \ Move \ now retains any associated diameter.
  25. The "Select One Point" dialog is now resizable with mouse gripper display to allow for entire point name to be viewed.
  26. The Edit Point dialog can now be resized.
  27. The Edit Point dialog now retains column width settings.
  28. Point Information has been renamed to Feature Information.
  29. Enhanced Feature Information to display the hole and pin designations of "DCS Holes."
  30. Measurement Summary now displays 8 digits of precision for Current Value, UDL, LDL, and Nominal Value.
  31. Information Move now defaults to "Show Diff" ON and "Show Coords" OFF
  32. The feature label display is improved when duplicate points are used in Moves.
  33. Show Measure is now default active to graphically display the measurement location in the Simulation and Sensitivity Windows.
  34. The default HSF import directory is now the current directory.
  35. The Load DLL function now defaults to the Addins directory.
  36. One Page Report now supports Header and Footer text similar to GDM-3D.
  37. One Page Report Header and Footer font settings are now supported in the layout file.
  38. ProE files with numbers in the extension are now supported in the DCS Converter.
  39. Removed the Export XML option as it is a duplicate function.
  40. Excel Linking now supports User Dll String List to better support editing equations in the Equations Measure.
  41. 3DCS now supports a new xml-based file format WTX which has replaced the W3D file format.
  42. File Open now supports All DCS Files option including *.wtx; *.w3d & *.wt3.
  43. The 3DCS, GeoFactor and DOE Form config files are now saved with the 3DCS config file in the default directory or based on the DCS_SA_CONFIG_DIR environment variable.
  44. A new environment variable DCS_SA_CONFIG_DIR was introduced in addition to the existing DCS_SA_TEMP_DIR, allowing the user of 3DCS SA software to specify the location of configuration and temporary files directories independently.
  45. In Preferences, the "Pick Type-In" option has been replaced with the "Pick Screen Positions" option for clarity.
  46. Calculate Failed Assemblies flag has been added to the DCS preferences and will get saved along with the model.
  47. Preferences now supports options to Write Interferences or Iteration Steps in the DCS run log.
  48. Added a "Retain HSF Color" option in the DCS Preferences to support multi-colored CAD files.
  49. The Edit Part dialog now supports 3 HSF color options: All DCS, HSF Surfaces & DCS Lines, and All HSF.
  50. Validate now indicates the name of the dll that contains the unloaded user routine.
  51. Validate now indicates if a Dynamic Point has one or no Control points associated.
  52. Duplicate now only indicates if duplicate MTM's exist in a given part. Duplicate Moves and Measures are now supported in different parts within the same model.
